The floor plan pricing includes a wide range of amenities and services in addition to the suite, including:

  • Three chef-prepared meals daily as well as additional snacks
  • Elevated, restaurant-style dining with daily specials and an always-available menu
  • Scheduled transportation for outings and appointments around town
  • Discreet professional housekeeping services once a week with linen service
  • The option to add personal linen service to your housekeeping
  • A monthly wellness check by our clinical team and a semi-annual health check

Are care plans personalized for each resident?

Yes, each resident has a unique care plan that’s personalized to meet their unique needs as well as their preferences.

Can the level of care change over time?

Yes, we make it simple to increase or decrease your level of support at any time. There are limits to how many times you adjust it.

Do you accept long-term care insurance or VA benefits, or only private pay?

We accept all three forms of payment: long-term care insurance, VA benefits, or private pay, whichever works best for you.

Are there any additional fees beyond the floor plan and care level?

In addition to the services included in the monthly rate, we also offer a limited number of ancillary services that may carry an additional cost.

These can include items such as guest meals, specific optional activities or outings that involve third-party vendors, or ticketed events. Any associated charges are always communicated in advance and based on cost.

Prior to move-in, every resident and their family is walked through a complete list of these ancillary services and applicable fees in a separate document to ensure full transparency.
